The fees for Nomad’s Services will be as agreed upon between Nomad and you in a separate agreement or proposal. Payment for Services is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Copyright: The Site and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Nomad or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of the Site’s content without the express written permission of Nomad.
5.2 Information: Nomad will treat all information provided by the client with confidentiality and respect the privacy of the user and client. This information may be provided in printed form, via email, text messages, or other digital or analog media.
5.3 Designs: All designs, calculations, estimates, renders, images, or other materials created by Nomad based on information provided by the client/user are the property of Nomad. The client will be provided with a copy of these materials if so stipulated in the contract.
5.4 Retained Materials: Plans, renders, and other materials generated by Nomad will remain in the possession of Nomad until the client has paid for the services as stipulated in the corresponding quotation.
6. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Site (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and licenses to submit User Content and that such User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights. You grant Nomad a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute User Content for any purpose.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Nomad disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nomad will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
